| CANCELLATION & LATE PICK UP POLICY |
CANCELLATIONS
We require twenty four (24) hours cancellation notice for DAYCARE reservations
otherwise you may be charged for a full day.
We require forty eight (48) hour cancellation notice for boarding reservations
otherwise you may be charged for a full night of boarding.
We require seventy two (72) hours cancellation notice for boarding reservations that
are within three days of a holiday and/or special event, otherwise you may be charged
a no-show fee equal to two (2) nights of boarding.
LATE PICK UP
We require all daycare dogs to be picked up BEFORE 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.
Boarding dogs must be checked-in or checked-out between 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM and 5:00
PM - 6:00 PM.
We charge $1.00 per min after 6:00 PM or after your scheduled time. This is NOT an
add-on service. If you don't arrive before our staff has completed it's duties you are
responsible for your late fee & additional boarding fees.
